  • 20+ years experience in a given industry, with 10+ years in a P&L role.
  • Quantifiable operational achievements, particularly a positive impact on companies' cash flow.
  • Strategic corporate development experience (i.e. consolidations, roll-ups, integration, etc.).
  • A strong network of industry contacts.
  • Preferably experience with private equity investors.
